Objective: 
 
Combat Malnutrition: To address the issue of malnutrition among children and families in the Bundi district by providing them with essential food items and nutritional support.
Promote Education: To promote education among preschool children by ensuring they have access to nutritious meals and necessary school supplies, such as uniforms, to encourage regular attendance.
Community Empowerment: To empower the community, especially vulnerable households, by providing them with the resources and support needed to improve their overall well-being.
Health and Nutrition Awareness: To raise awareness about the importance of health and nutrition among families and communities, encouraging them to adopt healthy practices.

  • Distribution of Uniforms: Uniforms are distributed to children, ensuring they have appropriate clothing for school and promoting a sense of equality among them.

  • Children Benefited: 90 children have benefited from the project's initiatives, improving their health and well-being.
  • Uniform Distribution: The project has successfully distributed uniforms to children, ensuring they are adequately clothed for school.

To strengthen local community based institution i.e. VHSNC and RMRS and facilitate to availante-natal andpost-natal services from Govt. hospital.
To make pregnancy safer to all women through community action by improving access and practice to reproductive health service and better sanitation practice.

Axshya Project to control Tuberculosis 


Project Axshya is collaborating with Revised National Tuberculosis Control Program (RNTCP), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare - Government of India to reduce the burden of TB in India by creating universal access of TB diagnostic and treatment services.  
 
Objective
To create demand and social support for TB diagnosis and improving access to diagnosis and treatment of TB with specific focus on RNTCP services such as Designated Microscopy Centre (DMC) and Directly Observed Treatment Short Course (DOTS).
 
Project coverage : Sikrai Block in Dausa District of Rajasthan. 
 
Axshya project intervenes with the following activities
  • Intense outreach activity (Axshya Samvad) by trained community volunteers for creating awareness on early TB diagnosis and complete treatment
  • Training and Engagement of Ayush and RHCP to identify and refer the TB symptomatic, provide DOTS services 
  • Counselling of DR-TB patients through facility based and home based counselling by trained counsellors
  • TB-Helpline for creating awareness and referral linkages to the TB services
  • Sensitization of Laboratories on ban for serological testing of TB and notification
